Bupe Is ok to take expired Naltrexone/Revia?

And make it to LDN-Low Dose Naltrexone? just say its been expired for 6 months to 1 year, would it still work and its job? has anybody ever used expired Naltrexone and worked?

Also is Nodict (Indian form of Naltrexone) time released or instant release? has anybody used that form of Naltrexone before?
