Is my new e-z test new?

Ordered an e-z test do flicky through the link above a couple of weeks ago, it arrived promptly, worked perfectly ... once.
1] My friend's tester from 'Off Ya Tree' tests for Heroin etc, mine doesn't
2] I lent my kit to same friend and the fucker didn't work [no result, when two other kits tested orange]
3] Have I been ripped off?
I guess I should get in touch with the suppliers instead of bitch here but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced these problems before I bust their balls.
By the way, the instructions were in the dinky cannister but unreadable due to a certain sulphuric acid attack.

Sounds like the tester has leaked AL?....contact AJ at E-Z Test (in the Pill Test section of Bluelight) and ask him about it...I'm sure he'll promptly refund you, or send you another..if the reagent hasn't turned brown from the exposure to the air(through the leakage) then it should be ok??...
Have you heard about the Australian alternative?
