Is my acid actually LSD?

On Friday, April 23 I had my first experience with what I assume was actual LSD. It was amazingly magical <3 even though it was a weak dose. I didn't feel speedy or anything throughout the trip and I was able to fall asleep 8-9 hours after I took it. I still had some residual affects at the time. The next morning, I had a beautiful afterglow and I still feel like my outlook on life has been enhanced. I plan on dosing two hits of the same batch this weekend, I only took one last time. I've been hearing a real lot about DOX and 2C-X and other RC's being passed around as lsd. Being that it was a weak dose, the only visuals I really had were my curtains morphing around a little when I got home and enhanced colors. The only think I tasted was the blotter besides a slight "tingle" sensation that lasted like a second after I put it on my tongue. No bitterness or anything like that. I've been researching and a lot of people say that they get that "tingle" every time that drop acid and others say that any taste at all means it's not lsd. What do you guys think?
 
dox drugs last in the range of 18 hours and 2-c-x require too much to fit on a tab of paper, sounds like you got acid to me. ive always found that acid has a 'metalic' like taste to it, though that could just be placebo.

Nah man, it's probably not placebo. I recently read a quote by hoffman himself saying that he had a metallic taste when he was tripping.
 
Sounds like it is. Unfortunately, there's no way we could possibly know for sure over the Internet, and you can't know for sure unless you have it tested in a lab, which you can't because you already ate it. :D This is why we don't really allow ID threads here, simply because the answers are impossible to achieve aside from speculation and can even be misleading. But it definitely does appear that you got LSD, based on the duration mainly, and the fact that only a few drugs can be placed on blotter in active doses because very little can fit on a blotter.
