Is MDMA stimulating at mid-doses (120mg)

I gave my friend some M (120mg's) she found it really stimulating, although it lasted 4 hours.

I'm wondering if its normal to feel stimulated at this dosage because I suspect it might be mephedrone...

having tried MDMA and mephedrone a few times there quite a bit of difference. Drone is a lot more intense while MDMA is very relaxed. And i havent seen a person do only one or two lines of drone and not turn into a craving reck. But yes i have felt good stimulation on that dose of mdma but nowhere near as much drone. One thing is 120mg of drone wouldnt last 4 hours more like 2 before you fiend for some more.

On pure MDMA, I actually don't get too much stimulation from 120+ mg doses. I still dance and walk around chatting to people, but that's more because I am really enjoying the music and I want to bond with people.

Pure MDMA is definitely not very stimulating for the vast majority of people. I think you might have had something mixed in with your dose, maybe speed? Isn't meph supposed to last only a 2 hours or so and not the whole 4-6 hours of MDMA?
