is it safe to buy ez test kit?

It's perfectly safe. Nothing illegal about purchasing a testing kit - some parents buy them to test pills or whatever that they find their kids using. The kit also comes in a plain brown, unmarked package for added privacy.
I'd suggest going here to purchase one:

a portion of what you pay goes to keep Bluelight running.

I'm warning you!

The Feds are tracking it ?
What makes you think so ??
We thought about this too but we never had negative feedback from anyone (like;"they tracked me through my EZ Test which was mailed to me") in 3 years.
It would also mean they would have to co-operate with the Dutch police or postal authorities because it gets mailed from here. They would have to start tracking here. I am pretty sure that Dutch police doesn't give a shit. This kind of stuff has no priority whatsoever for the Dutch police.
Dutch police rather concentrates on bigtime manufacturers than smalltime consumers. DanceSafe kits are much more likely to be tracked because they are mailed from within US territory.
Anyone ever got in trouble from ordering and/or receiving a test kit ?

I don't think the Feds. giva a crap about the small time user.
Not sure about the big time movers.
They always gotta becarful......

I've purchased a Kit, and I'm yet to see black choppers flying around.
If anything I think the police would be happy that someone is responsible enough to be testing their pills. Really a dealer/manufactuer would just get the industrial grade chem, and in larger amounts.
For what its worth the E1 Tester is one of my best friends... its saved my arse from shit pills before, and when you post Dangerous pills to pillreports.com your helping others. the red CK problem in Canberra is just one example.

no probs with getting my tester in canberra, still those dodgy cKs turned purple and are supposedly opiate based, i need an e2
