Misc Is it possible to extract Promethazine from pills using hot or cold water?

Hello, i was curious if it is possible to extract pure promethazine hydrochloride from 25mg promethazine pills. I have searched google extensively and haven't found any information on this topic. If it is possible, how would it be done exactly? Thank you for any help you can provide
