Trigger Warning Is an ascended teste dangerous?

Basically, as the title says. After abusing oropylhexidrine for a year in extremely high doses I damaged my teste from vasoconstriction. My right ascends now intermittently.

That’s when I got my T checked and found I had low T and got on therapy. My concern is the doctor didnt seem to think it was a big deal. Idk. Are their more likelihood of testicular cancer having an ascending teste?

A doctor visit may be ones best bet.
My testes drop when in opioid wd so could be many things.
Not sure what to do with this as I feel we cannot answer the question but interested and open minded if it can be sorted here.

We can delete it. It’s just taking up space and it is something for a doctor. Just both the ones at the clinic I go to acted like it’s not a concern at all and really I want to see an specialist but I need a referral and these guys don’t seem to want to give one because “its not necessary”
