Opioids Is 5 Days of Taking Much Less Enough to Reduce Tolerance?

Obviously I'm not expecting to be like someone who is opioid-naive again, but it must make SOME difference, right?
I normally take 40-90mg morphine and 240-480mg codeine per day.
I took my normal doses up 'til and including Saturday and then I've had:

Sunday: 45mg Morphine [last of the morphine, about the minimum opioid use I need to not withdraw, though I wasn't 100% comfortable]
Monday: Zero opioid use
Tuesday: 236mg Codeine
Wednesday: 166.4mg Codeine
Thursday (today): Zero opioid use

I get my meds again tomorrow morning. Will my tolerance be reduce a bit, even if it's only gone down by like 20% or something?

I would say not a chance. maybe a little bit of a boost tomorrow on your 1st day. It proves to yourself you can do it at that dose. Do it for 30/60 days stock up, chill out. Easier said than done.
