So today (July 14) www.woot.com is selling the Iron Gym with ab straps. The one you see on the infomercials where you can do pull ups and chin ups from a doorway in your home. (feel free to check it out).
My question is to anyone who actually owns one or has had an experience with one. I'm 6 foot tall, 200 lbs. My biggest concern is damage to the doorway frame. I've been hesitant because I dont want it to become a bigger investment than the $20 that I can get it for.
