Hi all, new to this forum, and was asked to make a quick introduction.
Hardcore meat-head bodybuilder here, in my 30s, about 18 years training, 15 of those assisted. I also coach guys and get them ready for contests, so have a bit of a specific interest there as well.
Stats are 6'1", between about 110kg (242lbs) and 125kg (280lbs) depending on how fat, lol. Having said that, I don't like to go much above 10-12% bodyfat so stay within that range at the top end, and about 5% at the other.
Unusually for a bodybuilder (and somebody with 29-30" quads) I like to run quite a lot and keep good cardio fitness levels, and tend to promote general all-round cardiovascular fitness as opposed to pure bodybuilding (which I firmly believe benefits from heart-cardio anyway).
Areas where you might find me handy here for info are: diet and nutrition, steroids (where I tend to advocate a pretty straightforward approach and am not a fan of mega dosing), most medical and health issues, and peptides.
And finally, my views and experiences are often 'outside the box' and I do not like the follow-the-herd mentality when it comes to steroids and broscience. So don't be surprised if you see me advocating some controversial points of view!
