I have been shooting my dope into my biceps (or triceps?) lately, due to the increasing difficulty of finding veins. Everything has been fine for a while until I took a shot and later on the whole area of the shot zone became completely numb. Like the skin is numb as if i put some numbing lotion on it. It isn't really sore, but I wanted to know if that is a sign of an infection.
