Interests in making a comedic cartoon depicting small KY, USA, and the meth trade surrounding a gas station and how it turns into the "Meth MECCA"

Just wanted thoughts on potential audiences or general interests in something like this. And my vision, even with Comedy, is to tell the harsh truths that go into the lifestyle. Its not a disease, its human searching for their end to personal suffering/slavery to these substances. But to tell it in the comedy, would be the ideal genre but lmk your thoughts amd if anyone happens to dabble with cartoon animation HMU.I know it may seem like a one sided partnership but I have an arsenal of voices I've created over the yrs...Not to get ahead of myself, lmk thoughts on this...Even the harsh thoughts to share is DEFINITELY NEEDED!
