intense hallucinations on the comedown?

So last night I got some of the best pills I've had. They seemed very clean, and it was one of the best rolls I've ever had tbh.

So I comedown, and everything is normal until I decide to take benadryl and smoke weed so I could sleep. I took 2 benadryls, and when they kicked in I smoked A LOT of weed.

I walk into my bathroom and keep the light off, which allows just enough light from outside to let me see what I'm doing. I'm standing over the toilet trying to piss when all of a sudden, I see my mom walking "towards me" in the reflection created by the toilet handle. That was impossible since the door was closed and she hadn't left her room, and then I noticed it was a hallucination for sure when it kept repeating itself.

Then, I started hearing what sounded like hundreds of bugs all over the ground, and at that moment, my vision went blank and was replaced by a vision of me looking at myself in my eyes, and a bunch of bugs suddenly started swarming out of my eyeballs, and then it disappeared. Immediatly after, hundreds of moth-like insects began appearing all around me on the floor, so I turned the light on and they disappeared. I was like ok wtf... I think I'll go to bed now. I went to bed, and began having INTENSE closed-eye visuals. I don't even remember most of them because they were extremely brief, vivid, and complex. Then I saw rainbow- pattern like things appearing all over my wall, and had several more "bursts" of intense closed eye visuals until I fell asleep.

I feel fine now, but has anyone else experienced anything like this?
 
Yeah on the tail end of strong rolls when I do a lot of MDMA, I usually get some hallucinations. While I have only had mild hallucinations even when taking 250+ mg of MDMA, I know some other people who have had stronger hallucinations. Smoking weed contributes to this effects.

So yeah, you are not alone. :) However, the intensity of your hallucinations are pretty unique.
 
YES! I've had hallucinations during my whole roll before, but more intense on the come-down. MDA is more psychedelic, for me it produced more intense hallucinations, but aside from that feels extremely similar to MDMA. It's possible you got MDA.

Exactly. Also, reports of hallucinations while in poorly lit areas on the comedown are very common.

Do MDA's look identical to e's but you tripp balls? i got these yellows DC's and Ive never hallucinated more in my life n i only took one pill. like the mush n acid ive done didnt even compare

Diphenhydramine / deliriant style hallucinations are nothing new to me in the least. When I was younger I'd see lots of hallucinations like that when driving home from parties (note: do not do this =P ). It should be noted I also so something like that when combining heroin and MDMA. I saw a squid type monster with lots of teeth swim at my face, teeth forward. I jumped back and realised I was rolling and having a hallucination. It was incredibly realistic. I personally think it was the benedryl you took that was responsible for your hallucinations, although it could have been any number of things in your pill.

That's what I was thinking, I've noticed that even regular doses of 50mg can "push" hallucinations, aka make them more likely to happen. I've always popped benadryl + smoked after rolls tho, these rolls in particular were bomb and I took 3. So maybe it was the strong rolls + weed and DPH combo
 
could have been. I used to take 50mg of diph with me e quite often. Led to a dreamy, intense high for me. =)
