Benzos injecting benzos with prop glyclo

so i bought some propylene glycol so i can inject benzos. and before i fuck up i wonder what the proper technique is? i figure 0.5ml prop glycol and 0.5ml water.

It depends which benzo you are planning to inject. IV solution for non water soluable benzos burns like a bitch by the way.

Find out the soluability ratio of the benzo into the solvent and work from there to determine the amounts you need.

what form are you injecting the benzos? are you dissolving tabs or do you have IV prep ampules? if youre injecting crushed tabs, be sure to filter appropriately with the proper micron filters. Be safe.

most benzos won't dissolve in "wet" propylene glycol. so you can't use water-glycol mixtures

depending on what you want to inject, you probably need some combination of propylene glycol, high proof alcohol & a preservative to ensure solubility. as a result the injection must be done slowly and carefully or you'll fuck your veins up.

Lorazepam is a nearly white powder almost insoluble in water. Each mL of sterile injection contains either 2.0 or 4.0 mg of lorazepam, 0.18 mL polyethylene glycol-400 in propylene glycol with 2.0% benzyl alcohol as preservative.

also, micron filtering would be a really good idea... or just using benzos orally/sublingually.

Thanks for this response - it has been a while since I IV'd benzos, but I always used medical grade ampules and injection solution to accompany it, so never had issues with soluability etc. of course if youre winging it, then ensuring soluability is key, also the mixture youve described (including the ethanol) will not be pleasant going into your vein, expect damage/bruising and grit your teeth.

I would advise against shooting crushed tabs of non-water soluable benzos unless you have the correct solvents.

i plan on injecting pills, i've injected diazepam and midazolam ampules and it hits home unlike oral/SL benzos. thanks for the reply sekio, very helpful. i'll have to hit a pharmacy and get 96% ethanol. i'm assuming 20% will do. or will it have to be more?

My friend (and fellow frenchman bluelighter) JasonCrest made a FAQ about injecting benzos. Don't know if it's still online, did a quick search, found nothing...
But he himself stopped doing it (he used to inject loprazolam, one of the rare water-soluble benzos, with midazolam and other classics), "wasn't worth it in the end".

When I get Midazolam ampules, I plug them, but that's just me, don't wanna use needles, blabla.
