Wrong forum, should be CD or BDD, or just read other posts on the "smoking blends".
If it gets you decently high in a somewhat cannabis like high, it's inert herbs sprayed with synthetic cannabinoids, usually JWH-018. See the many other threads on this topic. Everyone and their mom is making an herbal blend with synthetics on it now, to cash in before the synthetics get banned.
The JWH's (in most synthetic blends because they're cheap) are all around inferior to cannabis in the opinion of most people, lotta horror stories about panic attacks and them ruining cannabis for people. Are also sold at an absolutely massive markup (10:1 or more).
