Apparently they are several hundred times the potency of morphine, so there is a high risk of people overdosing if they don't know their heroin or benzos or w/e is cut with this shite, that is the obvious risk.
It might be a bit different if you know you're getting nitazenes I suppose, but even then I don't really see how anyone but highly experienced chemists or medics could work safely with such extremely potent compounds. Especially seeing as they are being used as cuts at unknown amounts.
The people calling Fentanyl and it's analogues "weapons of mass destruction" are not wrong, and the nitazenes are just as bad.
A conspiracy theorist might easily suspect that certain groups of people are deliberately trying to wipe out sections of the drug using community. It doesnt seem to make much business sense to be killing off sections of your customer base. There's something weird going on imo.
Talking of conpiracy theorists, I don't think there's many currently in the UK with a profile as high as Neil Oliver on his GB News show, and it would be interesting to see his take on this. He'd probably blame left wingers, and climate change activists, somehow. They seem to be to blame for everthing that is wrong with the world. Along with the main-stream media. He's not wrong about the evils of the MSM, but obviously I don't think they are so evil as to be behind all of this.
He's right about some things, but he's wrong about many more things than he's right, imho.
If there's any groups or individuals deliberately doing this, they are very likely to be on the most extreme wing of the far right in their views.
