Indianapolis, Indiana- Above and Beyond, hosts of the Sirius XM Radio radio show Trance Around the World, will perform live at Talbott Street Nightclub. Above & Beyond made their live debut as performers at Passion in 2004 and went on to win the BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix of the year award in the same year. Above & Beyond were ranked #4 in the DJ Mag top 100 poll for 2008, having entered at #39 in 2004. They are currently in the running for the DJ MAG top 1,000 DJ's contest.

Topher Jones, who is Indianapolis most famous dj, will be opening for the group after just completing a European tour. The artist was asked to open for Grammy nominated award winning dj Tiesto, late last year. This opportunity jump started his career as he now produces music for some of the biggest known artists in the world.

Eden Promotions began in 2000 as an even organizing company focusing on charity events, specifically revolved around the fight of HIV/AIDS. Since that time founder Chris Conner has made waves in the local music industry pairing national talent, with local acts helping to build artists resumes. This event comes right after the partnering with Disco Productions in May 2009 in which the duo hosted grammy nominated Paul Van Dyk, who performed to over 700 people. Disco Productions is famous for fighting congress' R.A.V.E. act. It's founder Disco Donnie has been featured in a documentary titled, Rise - The Story of Rave Outlaw Disco Donnie.

Not a real big Trance fan, but Above and Beyond is a pretty big name and is on the forefront of the genre. Nice to see some more big names coming through. Sucks its on a monday, though...but then again PvD was too and that pulled a pretty big crowd.

Hope this one pops off. :)

Nice ticket price though. I've seen other dates on their tour with much higher cover.

Thinking about going despite my dislike of geigh trance, to see what these guys are all about.
