Havent had any trouble at Talbott street with drinks, service, or getting exact change back. They actually build the sales tax into the drink price to avoid change for the the most part so maybe some quarters back but not pennies, thats just silly.

PVD and pricey, well that goes hand in hand so theres not much room for complaints there.

I need all the change I can get in this economy, especially if its mine to begin with. The do have penny slots at the casino's, I could hit it big with that change! Or save it up and buy one of those 88 cent burritos on my way home. Tough times I tell you.
