Heroin in Atlanta for another from out of town, out of meds... suggestions?

if I have to withdrawal, I'll probably lose this job. haven't had it long, I'm trying to taper, but before I headed up this time around, there wasn't enough around to carry me the full 12 days I gotta be here.

any suggestions?
