Hey, I'm just wondering, today I've taken a total of 8mg hydromorphone by doses of 4, 1, 1, 2 each 2-3 hours and I was about to go out with my friends to go at a pool place with music and dance floor and beers.

I'm wondering now, should i do my last 2mg tonight and forget about alcohol, should I take alcohol and not take hydromorphone, or should i take both (and in how much quantities if i wana take both, like very small ones?? )
 
Thing is Tricomb, as you might know when you take opiates you cannot really enjoy sex, and a party like this usually I end up with a girl in my bed, so... alcohol means I can have sex with her, drugs means I cant :| Shrugz

And the combination might leave you dead, let alone limp-dicked. I think you overestimate your powers. I never met a guy who could keep it up on booze.
 
Benzo-not only would it not be good to mix booze with what you've taken, but alcohol can also lessen the good feeling from your opioids/opiates(make them wear off much faster); ruin the euphoria-a beer was never worth robbing me of my euphorical-bliss.
 
Alcohol and Opiates do NOT mix.

Benzo, why can't you do your own thing, and let the girl you end up fucking drink by herself? You don't have to drink just cuz she does, especially if it means saving your life and ensuring many more one night stands.
 
just take some coke or speed (great with the hydromorphone), and just don't drink, cause alcohol + opiates = you're a dumbass, so don't be a dumbass, be a smartass
 
I always drink some beer when I am doing heroin. It amplifies the rush and high quite a bit. I am not a dumbass either, I have done heroin for 6 years now and opiates for 8. I have done them when not drinking, when drinking, when on ecstasy, when on cocaine, benzos, etc. Still to this day my favorite combo is 6 hits of heroin, 3 hits per IV shot and a 6 pack of 16 oz beers. I do the first shot before I drink a beer, and do the second shot after the 4th beer. The second shot is ALWAYS more potent and hits a lot harder.....

Yes it is effective. I'm trying to emphasize that it isn't something the average user should do.
 
I think it's more that opiate addicts tend to not like to mess with their so sought after pure opiate high. Not so much that people think alcohol won't further fuck them up from their current opiate high ...
Even though ur right I think drinks +opiates do fuck u up significantly more.... Still like others said 2xCNS depression= lotsa accidental deaths/dosing fuckups...
Terrible idea especially for opiate naive users
