Studying research chemicals
I have taken this chemical daily for about 3 months now, some symptom started appear a few weeks ago, during night I was waking up because half of my hand (little and ring finger part) was completely numb. Now this happen all the time during the night and wake up many time and the severity of the numbness increase. Yesterday I woke up with my big toe and my heel of both feet numb and its still numb it doesnt go away what ever I do, my nose is also numb today. I feel dizzy and dissociated all the time some time I shake and some time I have twitch. I have difficulty urinate if its not urgent. It cause skin eruption and rash in my face.

Im scared that AH-7921 might have cause damage to my body and brain. Im currently tappering and I need advise for a QUICK tapper.
I usually take about 6X 15-25mg during a day.
Today I only took 3 dose and I dont feel withdrawal already so what should my taper look like.
When the tapper is finish im never gonna use this chemical again.

Im really scared.
If anyone can tell me what is going on, it would be greatly appreciate.

Thank you

Well nobody knows long term effects of this drug, so taking it daily over a long amount of time isn't a good idea to begin with.
Taper off by 5-8mg a day, might be a good idea. Find a comfortable taper, but make sure you dose is lower (obviously).

Wow could your symptoms possibly be withdrawal related? The urine retention and skin irratation are nomal opiate side effects. But if your worried then stop taking it immediatly and find some normal opiates to taper with.

The little and ring finger numbness is caused by the ulnar nerve, I believe. I have no experience with this chem, so other than the physiological info, I got nothing for ya. Taper as quickly as you can if you're worried.

There's no reason to assume AH 7291 would be the direct cause of these effects.. It seems like a typical mu agonist to me. If you're really convinced the drug is causing this, then taper off it at a reasonable rate. There's really no other advice someone can offer you on an RC drug.

I had similar numbing sensations in my right hand when I took AH-7921 and I went to bed back at the beginning of the year!
But it disappeared after standing up/sleeping. Never had it in my foot or over a longer time.

My dose was about 50-75mg once a day...

Maybe your just laying in an odd position and the blood flow gets stopped to your extremities? If i take sedatives i can sleep sometimes so deep that these numbing feeling can last a good time if i wake up.

At least in my case I normally laid on the back with my arms at the side and was not asleep or so. And it occured a few times, always when I took AH-7921 in the evening. I first thought of bad circulation (smoker) or something like that but since I never laid on my arms or hands and the feeling was a little different from just asleep extremities.

I also experienced skin irritations in the face, mainly the area around mouth...

I always sleep in the most normal position, on the back with my arm on the side.

Last night I have not taken any AH-7921 in the evening and I didnt have the numb hands problem. My toes, heels and my nose are still numb tho.

About the tapper, should I reduce the number of time I take it and the amount at the same time ? Right now I try taking 3 dose in the days but I should probably lower the amount too.

How long has Ah 7921 been around?

Are there any studies on toxicity?

I would taper with an non-AH opiate. Apart from the side effects you are already getting there is little way to know how it would interact with seroquel. If something ends up going wrong your doctor's might have difficultly deciding on a treatment when there is such little research on AH opiates.

Use codeine or even loperamide. Whatever you choose make sure its something you don't get much recreational effect out of it so that you don't just end up replacing one addiction with another.

^My sentiment exactly. If you think its an issue then try to substitute it with something. Whether you go the legal route with suboxone or methadone, or other choices. Poppy seed tea might get you by if you can find some good batches.

If the symptoms are related to the RC opioid then it is possibly a build up of toxic metabolites.
