Bupe I'm in pain pleese respond!

i only have 2 8mg subutex left and am in extreme pain i've already done 16mg today would it be wise to do 4mg right now so i can sleep tonight or should i suffer and save it for a taper?

If you were in "extreme pain" there would be no question what you'd do.

I don't think that more bupe would help at all with pain. If you mean pain as in withdrawals, then I have no idea how you would be withdrawing after taking 16mg of suboxone today, and still don't think 4mg would help any.

i ended up doing just 2mg and i feel slight relief just enough that i'm not panicking and i'll have a better chance at falling asleep i'm not sure whats wrong with me it worse than my usual chronic pain but it's not wds i'm thinking a bacterial infection maybe

What hurts too bad? I'm just saying if you indulge now you're going to be in even more pain when you run out of buprenorphine.
