Technical Problem I'm getting disconnected suddenly, randomly tonight and the first time the message almost read as if it said I was logged in elsewhere?

I forgot what it said as I was writing a long post, my first post since about a year (the message that asked me to log back in). I logged back in, was busy in another tab and then I got disconnected again. It's a shame we can't see our connected devices/connection log in our profile, can an admin see if this is happening? (I'll provide them with the IP address they should be seeing from me if they aren't high enough level sysops.

That didn't happen before, even, it would let me connected to the site if I happened to forget to log out, so if I came back with the same IP address as when I logged in, I would still have that session active.

I'm not really afraid my password was discovered, I don't even know my password, I put all my login credentials for every place I have an account in an encrypted file, and it's the kind of password one can generate there there : https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm

If it's now normal for that to happen, even when I'm typing a rather long post, thankfully I copied and pasted what I had put in in a local textfile so I haven't lost anything, but I'm wondering if this is now normal behavior on the site...and hello to those of you I had excellent discussions with who are still here, life kind of got in the way, but BL was a very good community for me when I was in ORT, and also my first true love, psychedelics, that I still had here and there in those rough 2010's of mine.

Yeah something fuckin strange happened to me earlier this morning too...I was about to send post or did then all a sudden something popped up saying bluelight was linked to my LinkedIn which I forgot I even made one...now I gotta check that out..I don't need friends, co workers or someone trying to hire me see that I'm a member on bluelight...if so hopefully didn't put my fuckin username up...that would definitely not cool to me that's similar if not worse than a HIPPA VIOLATION...anyone hear or experienced some different things??

I would message an admin yeah. I briefly looked at your IP addresses. They're all coming from the same general area, nothing looks too weird. But yeah message an admin for more help.

There's been a bit of paranoia around recently regarding shit like this. There was also some kind of hack recently. I'm not sure but I've never experienced something where bluelight connected automatically to something else. Certainly it wouldn't be something that anyone intended. I would suggest everyone change their passwords here and on all platforms.
