So I would have been all game for driving up to see him at the Congress since I passionately HATE going to Vision where he usually plays, but then I noticed the ticket price.....OUCH!

I know it’s Halloween and all but SHIT come on!
 
they have to come up with the money to pay for his limo to and from...

first class flight... 5 star hotel... not to mention the $2000 or more he prolly gets an hour to spin.

Is it even worth that much money to see him? I want feedback from those who have seen him. Me and my girl might make the trek up there, but thats alot of money. Esp in times like these. Geez.
 
Well I know to trust your opinion, so I'll go with it. lol. I'd go if it were cheaper, but this is too much unfortunately.
 
DJ Tiesto? are you kidding me? of course it's worth it! if Blink 182 can charge $150 and lil wayne can ask $100, tiesto is a bargain at $70. Think about it. Ten years from now will you remember spending $70 on anything that even comes close to being as bad ass as Tiesto live?
 
Well if I were new to the scene, and didnt know any good music besides mainstream yuppie bullshit, then yes, I'm sure I would love this. I wouldnt spend $40 to see tiesto. Maybe $20 or $25 if other dj's were with him too. I wouldnt spend $10 to see lil wayne across the street.
 
ROFL@^^^. I've dished out plenty of money in the past 8 years to see many many headliners. I've paid $25 to see people better then him and at a place that didnt have nazi police security. $70 is dumb no matter how you look at it. Ok for instance I'm coming from Indy, with a girl, so $140 just to get in. Lets say another $50 for their super overpriced drinks. Plus $50 atleast in gas. so that is a minimum $240 to see a dj. Just sorta dumb for alot of out of town folks. Thats not even including if we wanted to get a hotel. I think there should be a price cut for out of state i.d.'s or something.
 
Damn I didn't realize you were coming from so far away. yeah that would be dumb lol. but if ur willing to make the drive, he's playing in Columbus for $25. Who all have you been to see?
 
columbus is 3 hrs from me. same distance to chicago. btw i didnt mean to sound dickish, i wrote that while drunk.

any major person you can problably think of. im sure there is some out there whom i havent, all in all, hope this event goes off smooth! i'll be up in chicago for caspa on thursday, and pendulum on friday of this month. i believe.
 
It's cool BB317, no offense taken. I'm a big pendulum fan. Did you get a chance to see shpongle last year in Chicago? It was epic.
