Okay so I have seen in a few films such as Go! and American Pie, the idea of Tantra being studied to increase sexual pleasure. I read a bit about tantra and to me the most effective and scientific reason behind all of it is the breathing. So I googled sex breathing techniques and some breathing exercises came up. I watched a video and did the exercises, I did them for half an hour then continued to do them whilst walking my dog. The same the next day.
Then I had sex. From the very go of being aroused I took deep, rhythmic, controlled breathes. It wasn't doing much to start, and it seemed like my penis wasn't really getting much pleasure compared to normal, and that's the point. After a few minutes it seemed as if I was getting high, like taking a hit from a bong. My head felt like it was floating, I thought this shit is goooood. After a while longer my hands started to tingle, like they do when you are coming up on mdma. The tingle slowly spread up my arms, shoulders, head, legs and soon it covered most of my body - felt just like mdma, full blown euphoria, and this isn't the kind you can only do once a month. (By the way this works with masturbation too)
The idea is that instead of the pleasure being in your genital area, it spreads around your body. Short breaths increase sexual arousal and enables us to get off, but if you want to kill a few hours in the sack and have a full body orgasm, breath deep and slow. The more breathing exercises you do, the larger you lung capacity will be, the more oxygen you can take in to spread around your body, increasing the overall sexual pleasure. Try and synchronize your breathing pattern with your partner as well, so that the same thing will hit both of you.
Trust me, it works.
