If you broke into a pharmacy when everything closed at night but like the idiot you are, you forgot a bag so you had only enough to drop a few in your pockets, with only a couple minutes, which drugs would you run to pick up? In reality you could pick up more than a few prescriptions but this is a fantasy with rules.

I'd go for the OxyContin 80mg, Opana 40mg & Desoxyn 5mg
 
community bottle of 2mg xanax bars, methadone, adderall, oxycontin, subutex. proly alot more my primary aim would be :methadone, adderall and 2mg xanax
 
Opana, Lyrica, Fentanyl patches.

To be honest I would enjoy these but not really be that excited. To bad pharmacies don't carry entactogens.

K'd, not to ambush your thread but I noticed you mention Desoxyn before. I have it, myself, but I'm not sure if I notice a noticeable difference between it and Dexedrine. I think it may be a bit smoother but it's really hard to say. What are your thoughts? And at what dose is a sweet spot for you with Desoxyn, in order to notice a difference between the two? Take care

Few blister packs of xanax, shitload of ritalin,adderall,Morphine,OC's,Dexedrine, few syringes, and a healthy chocolate bar - believe me those taste fucking amazing on weed :)

The closest amphetamine that resembles effects to Desoxyn is Dexedrine. I notice a difference. They seem to last a little longer. I don't abuse it much but if I take 30mg in one dose there is a noticeable difference. My experience.

Still one of the drugs I'd take would be Desoxyn because I'd like to have more.

There is a big difference... Dexedrine is Dextroamphetamine and Desoxyn is Pure Methamphetamine Hydrochloride. Big Difference.

I am well aware of the chemical structure difference between the two, Phent. Kind of an ignorant post to make. Have you tried Desoxyn before? If not, I wouldn't be fooled by the Meth label it has. You'd be surprised how close it is in feeling to that of D-Amphetamine.

There are slight differences in the two but keep in mind, Desoxyn only comes in 5mg IR pills at the present moment. You have to take a decent number of pills to achieve a noticeable high in comparison to that of Dexedrine which is prescribed in both 10mg IR and 15mg Extended.

From a subjective standpoint (Forget the chemical structures of the two), if you blindfoled me, gave me a Dexedrine, then gave me a Desoxyn, it would be hard to notice a discernable difference. That's why I asked K'd what "sweet spot" works for him in regards to Desoxyn. I tend to be considerably paranoid when it comes to tolerance so I tend not to stretch my boundaries.

I was mainly talking chemical structure, but there isnt much difference in effects unless you take a higher dose of desoxyn.
 
If I forgot a bag I would take off my pants, tie knots in the legs near ankle-height and fill it up =D
 
I'd grab the roxi 30's the oc or op depending on what they have 80's, opana 40's, and opana 20's, large hydrocodone bottle, btw do compounding pharmacies keep large supplies of narcotic powder on hand? if so I'd raid that cupboard too, probably grab a bottle of morphine, and any hydrocodone syrups I could get a hold of. maybe some xanax and klonopins to sell ( I don't do benzo's personally)

This pharamcy isn't a compounding pharmacy, sorry. Its a Walgreens.
 
as many opana's, oc's, and dillies' as i could find. every dosage. and some xanax and temazepam
 
Shit, a few bottles of Lortab Elixir Cough syrup 7.5/500 mg per tablespoon and be doing shot glasses of that shit all night. Also a cannister of 10/325 norcos and the largest bottle of oxycontin 80s, 40s, 20s or whatever they got.

"man arrested for stealing prescription drug Lyrica by breaking into local pharmacy" LOL if i were in the pharmacy and cops showed, i'd eat as much methadone and xanax b4 they tackle me to the ground. im on suboxone i have no need or desire to steal that shit cuz i dont use opiates but id DEF grab Fent Patches and Oxycontin, hey $70-$100 for one 100mcg patch, but thats how ppl get knocked putting themselves out there to the public. im assuming they have like 500+ count bottles of oxy 80's, wow $40 multiplied by $40/pill...too bad all CII drugs are in an electronic safe under the "drop off/consultation" window at the CVS pharmacies..
