If it is too late to shuttle you to the emergency room, do you just sit in the corner and wait to die? I was in a situation like this once. Massive overdose. I called 911, but it took them 20 minutes to come. What do you do in a situation like this? I guess all you can do is sit in the corner and wait to die. My other question is why can't they just siphon that shit out of your system? They just waited until I pissed it out is how they do things.

1) If you're consciously sitting in a corner and not passed out in respiratory arrest or on the ground seizing, it is not too late. And there's not too much else you can do in any case. Using with other people could make this situation a little less dangerous if that is an option.
2) I would guess because there's no feasible way to "siphon" meth or heroin (I'm speculating you're referring to one of those) out of your system in a timely manner and it's much more effective to just use naloxone (with opiates) or sedatives (with stimulants).
