Ideas for extracting liquid from plant matter

Okay so when people are playing around with their cannabis they like to saturate it with a liquid and then get this liquid back with added goodness.

this happens when making butter, hash, and tinctures.... I want to focus on tinctures. If sucessful this could be implemented in other cannabis extractions.

i need some sort of press or other device that can squeeze all my fluid out of the plant matter.
I intend on making a glycerin tincture but, without a way to effectively squeeze out the viscous fluid ,yield will suffer and much will be wasted in the plant matter.


so i had a few ideas but wanted to get more potentially better ones,

potato ricer- seems like a good item but limited by how hard you can squeeze

i also had the idea of making like a jar with the bottom cut off covered with a screen, with another jar on the bottom
and then figuring out some way to spin it so the liquid is separated by centrifugal force and caught in the second vessel.

The best thing would be like a miniature cider press. Anyone have any products in their mind?

edit: How do you guys make your extracts? and do you know anyone who uses methods that require specialized or modified utensils?

as far as extracts go youre probably talking hash/honey oil/BHO etc-- use the search engine. other than that i can only really think of alcohol/ other tinctures, as well as fat based cooking methods

nothing will be instant where you can just add a liquid and press it and get all the good THC and CBD etc out of there. most things take a little time or a few more steps.

I think you missed my point, im exclusively looking fo a physical way to extract liquid from plant matter.

and this could be applied to other methods,

seeing as you have to remove liquid from plant matter in a variety of extractions
and an efficient means of doing so would allow one to have more complete extractions all across the board.

EX. like getting all the iso out of a QWISO, or all the butter/water out of your bud sludge when making budder.

The extractions are not my issue, i know where to find all of that information.
What i can't ,but hope to, find is an efficient method for pressing glycerin out of buds which will work for any other fluid.
