Heroin I think I'm in trouble

earlier today I took 2 50 mg Tramadol. With that I took 1 1 gram etizolam to prevent seizures. Then just now I did 1 bag of heroin. And I took another etizolam because they feel great together. But I don't think I spaced these out enough because I can barely type this. I'm restless, having trouble breathing, and my heart is beating fast. what should I do?

Honestly/realistically? Call a doctor or go to an ER. I mean, you said you took #1 GRAK of Etiz, but I'm going to assume you meant 1MG. I mean, to me & a lot of others, that doesn't sound like too much, but for others... it could potentially leave you smurfed. Do you have a friend you could call that could come sit with you? I don't THINK it's anything to worry about, but that's just my assumption. You seem genuinely afraid.

If you don't have anybody to call, or anybody that will come over and sit with you, just stay on the boards and keep us updated. But PLEASE, if you feel your condition getting worse, go the the ER. It could potentially mean the difference between life & death...

You definitely dont want to come ask people here on the internet what to do if you feel your life or safety is in jeopardy...get off the computer and call 911 or go to emergency room...what can strangers on the internet do for you?

Even if she stays on the boards if she gets into real trouble what is anyone possibly going to do?

Like I, and everybody else in the thread has said.... go to the ER (wo)man. It will be your safest bet.

We are not the emergency room or even dial a nurse. At the very least have a friend come over and keep an eye on you
