I am a Benzodiazepine connoisseur, I've tried Alprazolam, Clonazepam, Chlordiazepoxide, Diazepam, Lorazepam, Nitrazepam, Temazepam, Triazolam, Midazolam, Etizolam and if you want to count it, Zolpidem (That's all the Benzodiazepines I've been on that I can remember right this second, I will update and add more to it when I check my prescription history). I've built up an insanely huge tolerance to Benzodiazepines over the years, (e.g. I ingested 60mg of Alprazolam and was actually pretty coherent, I did end up breaking and entering into my neighbors house while I was on the 60mg Alprazolam though. Another time, I ingested 140mg of Lorazepam and was also coherent.). I also study Pharmaceuticals, especially Benzodiazepines, and I am the person that all my junkie friends, and really, anybody that needs info on a medication comes to about pharmaceuticals and again, especially Benzodiazepines. I guess the point of all this, is that I know Benzodiazepines inside and out. I know more than >99% of Pharmacists and Doctors about Benzodiazepines (As well as a lot of other pharmaceuticals (mostly narcotics)).

Anyway, my take on Etizolam is that it's the overall most enjoyable, euphoric, anxiolytic Benzodiazepine I've ever tried. The first time I tried it, I IV'd a 5ml/10mg solution which didn't 100% make me black out, but the morning after I couldn't remember a lot of the night before. But the one thing I've found that Etizolam does, is that the ENTIRE day after (Meaning I took my Etizolam, went to sleep and woke up next morning) I woke up feeling completely energized and ready to take on the day, felt Absolutely fantastic and had powerful anxiolysis all day long, I just felt great. I've never experienced a Benzodiazepine that works the same way, feels as wonderful as, and has so many of the unique properties/effects that Etizolam does.

Anyway, how I prepared my Etizolam/Propylene Glycol solution for injection is, I would use a 3ml barrel and a 25 gauge needle, I would draw up anywhere from 0.5ml to 1.0ml Etizolam/Propylene Glycol then add twice as much clean, pure water into the barrel and shake it up (e.g. I would draw up 1ml of Etizolam/Propylene Glycol solution, then I would draw up 2ml's of water into the barrel, then shake it to mix it all together). Then you're ready for your shot. Just find a good vein, insert needle, draw back to get blood and to make sure you're in a vein, then push it down and in.

It worked great for me.

Not sure what that means, but when I was withdrawaling off 160mg Methadone daily and 9mg Alprazolam ER daily (quit both cold turkey) I had 5 seizures in one month.. Those withdrawals were HELL.

Why would you IV etizolam when the oral bioavailabilty is 90+%? Seems like the risks outweigh the marginal gains.

I've tried it both ways... hang on, I'm gonna copy and paste a paragraph from my other thread explaining why..

it might not give you a rush or do anything special, but IV Etizolam is just about my new favorite drug and way to take that drug. I got a really nice rush and felt fan-fucking-tastic. THEN, about a week later, I got even more Etizolam (liquid and powder) both >99% purity from the same source, and decided this time I would let it sit under my tongue. so I let 6mg's Etizolam powder sit under my tongue and it ended up giving me a tiny buzz, so I drank about 11mg's of Etizolam liquid solution after I put the 6mg's Etizolam powder under my tongue and all that happened was I felt drunk. No euphoria, no anxiolysis, just lame. So I'm going to stick with IV'ing my Etizolam because I've got personal experience that IV'ing my Etizolam gives a different effect and is far better than any other ROA.

There ya go!

There is a way to make safe IV'able solutions of benzos I used to make them all the time with phenazepam.
Whats needed:
PG (propylene glycol)
Sterile Water
Benzyl alcohol
2 100ml Vials with rubber stopper
10ml Luer lock syringe
1 micron filer

(make it 90% full with the following)
Add 70% sterile water into vial
Put 300mg "pure" benzo powder of choice into it (do not use crushed pills! lol)
Add 29% PG
Shake well with rubber stopper on.
Add 1% benzyl alcohol
Shake well again

Suck into 10ml syringe
Attach micron filter and push through into 2nd sterile vial
Remove filter suck up more solution and repeat
Repeat until all is filtered
Then suck up an additional 10ml sterile water and push through filter to "rinse" and get the last bit if any that is stuck in the filter out.

Cap it with rubber stopper and store in refrigerator
There you go, roughly 3mg per ml/cc IV'able benzo solution that will stay good for about 3 weeks when stored properly.

EDIT: Ok maybe this won't get closed. My mistake.

I'm guessing that it probably doesn't work for EVERYONE, but there are people here (Including myself) who actually get rushes/different effects from IV'ing Etizolam.

I don't doubt you with that.
Etizolam kicks in rather quickly orally so I can imagine how quick the IV onset is causing a "rush" type feeling.
The only reason I used to make IV solutions with phenazepam was I was addicted to the needle lol, and i didn't wanna wait the ~2hours for it to kick in.

Only shitty part about eitz is the short ass half-life. I can see it being moreish with the needle.

Hah, I think I'm waaaayyy past needle fever.. I think I've got like Needle Bubonic Plague..

Also, the rush isn't the only thing that's different/better when Etizolam is IV'ed... cause when I IV'ed it (5ml/10mg Etizolam solution, I did all 10mg's), I got the rush, almost to black out point but still functional, great euphoria, best anxiolysis I've ever experienced, muscle relaxation, and the WHOLE ENTIRE day AFTER I shot the Etizolam (not the day I actually injected the Etizolam, but the day after.) I woke up feeling incredibly relaxed, motivated, great anxiolysis, was able to talk to people etc. for the whole next 24 hours. It was like an extremely nice afterglow (and I know how weird that is because of the half-life).. I wonder if anyone else has experienced that?

Now here's what happened when I took 6mg sublingually and drank 11mg liquid solution, all that happened was I felt drunk, no euphoria, no anxiolysis, not even close to blacking out, and there was absolutely ZERO afterglow the day after... So IMHO Intravenous Etizolam is THE way to go.

By they way, I get all my Etizolam powder and liquid from the same source, it's >99% purity.

I respect your choice of ROA, it's your body, but I don't want people reading this thinking it's a good idea to inject drugs such as etizolam. To non-injecting etizolam users, if eating the pill gives satisfactory results then you needn't try another, riskier ROA.

I've seen many figures for the half life of etizolam, ranging from 3.4 - 6 hours. However, the main active metabolite has a half life of 8.2 hours according to wikipedia. So it's not surprising to feel its effects the next day. I certainly feel great anxiolytic effects, but not sedative effects on the day after taking oral etizolam. In my opinion, differences in individual metabolisms could easily account for the extended duration of your effects. :)

It's so strange, etiz gets talked about a lot on this site, and benzodiazepines are probably my DOC (besides cannabis), but I tried etizolam once and it didn't do much of anything for me. No idea why.

Maybe I didn't take enough, as I only took 1 mg. But with other benzos like Xanax, Ativan or Klonopin I'd definitely be able to feel 1 mg, so I don't think it's that...

I think it's becoming apparent that etizolam lacks sedative qualities compared with benzodiazepines. The anxiolytic effects of etizolam however, are potent (6x more potent than diazepam), and will be felt strongly by those with pre-existing anxiety issues. If you do not have anxiety problems, then you'll most likely not feel the great benefit of etizolam. That's just the conclusion I've reached after reading about many subjective experiences and their outcomes.
