Stimulants i know this isnt a thread but i have a serious question about crystal meth

i did crystal meth for the first time yesturday and today i have labored breathing, what feels like heart burn, and rapid heart rate. can you still die from meth the day after you do it?
 
no you cant. you can die from dehydration or reckless behaviour but 99.99% chances are you wont die directly from meth. get a couple of gatorades have something to eat, shower and if u access to benzos take them. u should be fine.
 
Have some food, some Gatoratde or milk or other electrolytes, and have a nice long shower. Also, get some rest.

You'll live. If you are concerned you can always call a doctor.
