Have you ever smelled a scentless fragrence?
Have you ever seen the wind flow by?
Have you ever listened to dead silience?
Have you ever touched the dark night sky?
Have you ever tasted something bland,
and didn't even question why?
Have you ever pondered over nothing?
Ran out of tears but still did cry?
Have you ever touched the grass before?
Or thanked god for a rock?
Have you ever called grandma,
just to sit and talk?
Have you ever walked a cold floor,
without even a sock?
Have you ever found the key,
to someones heart shaped lock
I have walked in the grass barefoot,
after a summers pour.
I have eaten a juicy apple,
right down to the core.
Instead of taking a car,
I walked the mile to the store.
But of all this... I have learned to love
and I will forever more
