If you are looking to post about a company that sells research chemicals with branded products my observation is that you can not do it very easily because the brand names and company names tend to be against the rules to name.
There have been exceptions made to that to give warnings about products that are tainted or dangerously mislabeled. I'd PM a moderator before posting any company names or product names. People are getting ripped off all the time. Many RC companies are scams but BL has stayed away from having reviews of such places good or bad because BL isn't about sources of drugs and avoids being used for such purposes.
Also stories about getting ripped off need to minimize self incrimination and expressions of intent to retaliate against the rip off artist in ways that are illegal. Future tense expressions of criminal activity have tended to get shut done or edited out by my observation even while staff might be quite sympathetic to the scammed party.
One of the things to keep in mind is legal, illegal, and of uncertain legal status are all treated the same on BL as far as sourcing and talking about source/supply issues is often closed down. Threads about bad companies often have greenlighters asking about other vendor's reliability or posting names of vendors they like.
If this matter is not about drugs at all, Second Opinion is likely the best fit for advice about how to get things straightened out with a company that owes you a refund.

The other issue is companies attempting to sabotage their competition maliciously with fictitious rumours about getting ripped off. It wouldn't be the first time that's happened, although I'm not going to try and second guess the motives of the OP. I would say that the OP has a post count of only 1, which could be telling.

I bought a sausage from <snip> once and it turned out to be a piece of garden hose. I had the last laugh though because I attached it to my garden hose to make it even longer. Garden hose is expensive after all!!!
