Why do you want surgery - do you think it will please somebody else or is it for you?

Have you tried a penis pump, cock ring etc - when it may not make your dick that much bigger it can increase how hard you get. When you think that you can make a guy or girl cum with your tongue / finger then the size of your dick is probably fine.
 
Are you sure it's actually as small as you think? Every guy I've been with (admittedly not a big number, but a few) has at some point before getting intimate told me that their penis wasn't very big, and every time it turned out to look totally normal and perfectly fine. I wonder if pornography has given men an unrealistic idea of how big an erect penis is supposed to be. Have any women complained or commented on it?

I've had a lot more memorable sex with men with average sized penises as opposed to those with large penises. In my experience the average-sized men are way better at foreplay and oral/have just been better lovers altogether. The men with large penises have given crap oral/didn't give oral at all and just relied on their big dick to get me off (not gonna happen...)

As long as you're in the 4"+ size, you should be okay. I'm 6.4" (sometimes a bit larger) and *I* think its a small penis at times. But yeah, in porn - they use camera angle/ tricks, smaller women to make the dick appear bigger than usual.

Even John Holme's whose claim to fame was having a huge dong, was still supposed by 8~9 inches... not 12 or so. Also, maybe this is just my personal experience, but I'm not sure most women care about dick size nearly as much as guys do, I definitely don't. And there most definitely is such a thing as TOO big.
 
I have a small dick too, but I don't really use the thing so it doesn't really matter.

Most men who have the surgery regret it as it causes a lot of complications. My recommendation is that if you're dead set on it wait a few years for science to advance...Seriously look at hair plug surgery, years ago it was really horrendous but now plugs look pretty decent.


That being sad, no girl has left or stayed with me cause of the size of my member, it's the other stuff that counts.
