Opioids I have a question about refill policy

Hi, new here and not sure I came to the right place.
My mother gets a prescription every month from her doctor for 120 norcos to take every 4-6 hours as needed, so maximum 4 a day.
She filled last month on the 10th and while she was in the hospital this month under pysch care she threw some my way. Now it's 5 days before her fill date, she doesn't have any refills left on her script but she's going in to get a new script from her doctor today and she's completely out.
Will CVS let her fill it 5 days early?
 
IME they usually will.. Usually when I have a hard time filling my scripts early it is due to my insurance.

My insurance does have a vacation override that I can use as long as I don't do it every month as well.. I think I am allowed to use it like twice every six months or something like that.. for when you are going to be out of town when it is time for a refill.. so she shouldn't have a problem getting it a few days early.
