If your history were that you have only been using opiates for a month then you should have mild withdrawal symptoms at best. That isnt to say they wont be annoying but suboxone is very strong and shouldnt be used by people who have a chance to quit cold turkey.
As you are posting this it leads me to believe that you have actively been using opiates for a while and have been using heroin daily for a month, which you still shouldnt have big withdrawals from.
Because you have a low tolerance and have only been using for a month you risk further harm by using subs. If you must use them start crazy ridiculously low because it is very strong and you probably only need 0.25mg-0.5mg to feel comfortable and 1mg might give you a lot of energy and make you feel good but you want to start at the lowest possible dose or you are setting yourself back.
If i were you i would wait at least 24 hours and take 0.5mg. So fold the strip in the middle over and over until it becomes white and tear along the fold, this will create 2 2mg strips. Continue doing this two more times for 0.5mg strips. Take 0.5mg every 24-36 hours just 2 or 3 times then cut it in half again and do that for 2-3 times.
I really think you have a chance of doing this very painlessly provided you understand the power of the medication and the fact you will need to do sub milligram doses to not make your tolerance high. You definitely do not need more then 1mg at he absolute most. And if you truly feel the need to start that high, i would not as you are setting yourself back trust me, do not dose that high more then once. Even if you feel "oh man this is like the best me ever, i have energy and am happy" you dont want that as that is too much, you want to feel normal which is almost nothing.
