During my work days Monday to Friday, I sleep at 12pm and wake up at 7 fatigued, not really wanting to go to work, but I drag my self anyways.

But during my days off on the week ends, I wake up at 6Am fully energized, ready to go to the liquor store and buy some beer and start playing video games online

If only my body could do this during work it would be awesome

It's cos you slept all day :)

Did you mean 6pm? If so then it's helpful to get in a habit of going to bed and waking up at the same time everyday, even on days when you don't got to get up to go to work. Soon your body will get in that rhythm and you'll notice it easier to both fall asleep and wake up. If you're constantly flip flopping between waking up early during the week and then sleeping in until the evening on the weekends then it'll be like your body/mind is a constant state of jet lag.
