I don't get high?

Hi, I may sound like a moron for asking this, but why can’t I get high? I have been rollin for nearly a year and a half now (about once a month), and just recently tried to start smoking pot with my bf. I smoke cigarettes and drink (which I don’t think should have any affect on my tolerance), but I am just baffled at this one. I do inhale, but just don’t feel anything – even if I sit and take 10 hits off a pipe or smoke a whole joint by myself – any advice?

Perhaps it's because marijuana is not for everyone? I certinly don't catch anything close to a "pleasureable buzz" from marijuana..
