I am documenting my recovery from meth on my site. I am brutally honest and as vulnerable as one can be. Hoping it can help others.

My site

Hi. My name is, Josh and I am an addict. That’s definitely a statement I didn’t plan on speaking for the rest of my life. When I was a kid, I had dreams, hopes, and aspirations. Life had other plans. Took me a while to be grateful for all I have been through. Today, I am thankful and humble for what my addition has made me endure. My hardships in my life have allowed me to relate to others who are struggling with mental health and addiction. I wouldn’t change my life for all the money in the world. I didn’t always feel that way though.

My site/blog is a way for me to put my recovery into something tangible. A time capsule of my journey so to speak — allowing me the opportunity to see where I was, where I am, and whe my re I’m going. After all, this is a journey, not a destination. The second, if in someway the site helps just one person — then that’s more than I could have hoped for.
