Hypophosphorous method and ratio question

Hello,

If I'm using medical grade eph or psudoeph (either one or the other but not both), would the quantity of hypophosphorous be the same? Or would it be different if I were using pure vs psudo? If they are different, do you know the proper ratios?

Anyone out there know the answer to this question(s)?
