I heard this really nice electronic/ambient track on a Travel Channel show called Amazing Waterfront homes. This is so perfect for my taste: it's groovy, jazzy and hypnotic at the same time, but not overwhelmingly spacy and slow like some ambient. It's got a great bassline, tempo that's not too fast, not too slow, the synth is hypnotic, and there's good guitar parts too.
Sorry for the voice over, I recorded this from a Travel Channel show, and don't have the technical know-how to remove it, but you can still hear the track pretty good in the background with headphones on. The track occurs twice, so I placed a small gap in between repetitions.
Please listen to the track and if you can identify it, good. How would you classify it (e.g. ambient/house)? Give some suggestions to some electronic music that sounds real similar (especially that fading synth that begins the track). A groovy bassline, and guitar parts are welcomed too.
