Opioids Hydromorphone "M-2" - how much water?

i have some hydromorphone pills, "M-2", 2MG each.
will 1cc, 100units, be enough to fully absorb all the opiate into the water? or will some stay with the pill-fillers? when i add the 100units of saline to 6pills(12mg - this is a dose i like of hydromorphone), it get very thick and the pill doesn't dissolve and absorb like 1pill in 100units(obviously). the question is, even though the solution before filtering is very thick, did all the opiates at least stick to the water> (i hear opiates are EXTREMELY water soluable... so does that mean instantly the opiates will seperate from the fillers to the water? or does it need a certain amount of time and water ratio to make sure all the opiates are extracted?)

i'm real high, i think that makes sense, ya?

Considering that hydromorphone dissolves 333mg per ml (cc), I'd say you'd be fine to put 2mg in 1mL (1cc), but no offense, there are so many questions that you need to have answered I don't think you should be even considering injecting it yet....

Yes, hydromorphone is extremely soluble in cold water and the hydromorphone and all of the other water soluble inactive ingredients will also "stick to the water", the correct word for this would be "dissolving", to create a solution, which would still require micron filtration prior to IV administration.

All of this information has discussed probably a thousand times already and all of your questions could have been answered by using the search engine.

You should be using a 0.2um micron filter if you're going to be injecting pills, to try and prevent all of the inactive ingredients that you're injecting from clotting and clogging up your fine blood vessels in your lungs and extremities.

my question was 6 -2MG pills... 6 of these pills if there is enough room in 1ml of water. i know if it was pure hydromorphone then it would be fine. but since the inactive ingredients are water soluble they will be taking up space for hydromorphone to dissolve. when i add 6 pills to 100units of water it becomes thick over the course of a few minutes. does the hydromorphone instantly bind to the water quicker than the other inactive ingredients? i want to make sure im getting all the hydromorphone in the water.
im used to the 8MG pills, which dont make the water as thick as the multiple 2MG pills.

um how could you shoot up 1cc of water at a time? the syringes i use are 1cc, so that would be filling the whole barrel up with water..

i use .3-.5cc of water for each shot. so maybe you want to do two shots. injecting 1cc at one time is alot to inject IMO, i doubt you will die, but how will you pull back to see if you registered? seeing the blood enter is essential for IV or else you will be prone to many many missed shots. i never ever push down on the plunger until i draw back and see blood in the barrel. also, i find it is hard to keep a steady hand for a long period of time so i like used .2cc for bupre and .4cc for roxicodone. it is best to push down at a steady rate so that you dont blow out your veins. if you push down super fast and hard with 1cc of water you will most likely blow your vein out.

yah you should probably use a micron filter, but we all know that most people who shoot pills dont use a filter. it is fucking gross IVing roxicodone with a cotton. there is litterally soo much blue gunk in my syringe cap (what i use to prep my shots) after drawing up through cotton. i really do suggest you heed tricombs warning/advice and get yourself a micron filter if you plan on IVing pills on a daily basis. if this is just a one time thing, using a cotton will be fine if your pills are IR.

^I used whole 1 ml barrels my whole addiction..I used ER morphine tabs mainly, which needed 1 cc of water.I've had alot of medical grade vials, like Dilaudid HP 10 mg/ml....had to shoot a full cc there..Midazolam 5 mg/ml again another cc of liquid.

There is usually still a good little ways to go before you pull the plunger out..I never had a problem flagging with a full barrel.Though if I was shooting good coke that dissolved totally clean I would use the amount you use.

And I have shot the 2 mg dilaudids here and they are a bitch to get a good dose into a rig. you could use a 3 cc rig maybe?
Fortunately here we have high dose ER Hydromorphone capsules which are as easy to shoot as the original Oxycontin.
