Opioids Hydromorph Contin XR IV risks

I have the ability to get 30mg Hydromorph Contin XR capsules. I can also get 8mg IR but these are harder and more expensive to acquire. My question is how safe is it to inject Hydromorph Contin XR if I use a micron filter and best practices (new rig/bacteriostatic water/using alcohol swabs for injection etc?) I know that the beads can cause myocarditis - but would using a micron filter ameliorate this issue entirely? Alternatively, if I just decide to inject the 8mg IR tablets (again which I would prefer to use the Hydromorph Contin XR for the ease of acquiring this vs the 8mg IR) are these relatively safe to inject (as safe as any opioid tablet can be I suppose) with a micron filter? Are there any issues IV'ing the 8mg tablets similar to the talc that can enter the lungs from insufflating them?

It's not safe even with a filter. But if you do don't heat it, the fillers will dissolve.

After Oxycodone/ OP new formula....Hydromorph-Contin & Dilaudid increased....and significant increase of endocarditis (which I got too) from injecting HM Contin XR beads....stupidly adding heat and filter through cigarette but, felt heart pain and called 911. At hospital they said endocarditis inflammation of sack covering the heart, asked me if I inject opioids, gave me potent anti-inflammatory meds Prednisone I believe and was fine in a day ...dangerous shit though. Rectal admin only if not orally.

IF you had to....pulverize beads to fine powder, add 3/4 of 1cc cold water and filter through micron filter

Dilaudid 2/4/8mg tablets would be ideal to IV

The safest is in an oral syringe with no needle....lay on side on bed and rectal admin, insert about 3/4 length of your pinky finger and push solution in, lay there for a min or two and you'll feel the warm rush of HM

Too bad oral administration is a pathetic 30% .....what a gross waste ...unless you're opioid naive and have Dilaudid 4mg IR tablets for pain as needed for a week or so....best case scenario

Oral Oxycodone is the most amazingly euphoric, potent opioid analgesic with robust pain killing properties, non sedating and a significant mood-boosting effect always (its main downfall lol) it just feels toooo good...and an amazing pain killer with high oral bioavailability
