Opioids hydrocodone 5/500 get best bang for my buck? make them work better?

I got hydrocodone 5/500 from my dr, i use to get perc 5s, ive take these before, but i hate them. I popped 4 of them and feel nothing. I tried cwe and fucked it up, crushing it, stir it freeze water for bit, then pour through coffer strainer, but it kept getting clogged, and yada yada. Can i snort them? Lol idk, how do i get them to hit harder? Im use to taking 10-15 mgs of perc.
I cant take grape fruit juice cuz it stops my beta blocker. Dont lecture me on dont take painkillers with my low dosage of beta blocker. I just want to know how to get these meds to make my body hurt less. So i can walk.

if you usually take 10-15mg of oxy/perc, i dont know why you wouldnt feel 20mg of hydrocodone (4x5mg). thats equal to 15mg of percocets you usually take.

if you cant take grapefruit juice you likely cant use cimetidine either, which inhibits the same enzymes in the liver. if thats out of the question, unfortunately the only thing left is taking other downers like dDPH or benzos or stuff like that. benzos are the only one worthwhile ime, who wants to get high off cold medicine when they could feel just opiates?

you can't snort vikes dude. You should def have felt 20mgs of hydro if your tolerance is at 15mg of oxy. You could try 25-30mgs but I wouldn't go much higher than that. The only other option is to use an anti-histamine potentiator like diphenhydramine or promethazine if you have it. 25-50mgs an hour before you dose.

I just dont get that peak high like i get from oxycodone, like when u take it,20 min later it hits amd ur pain subsides a good amount, and u get a tiny buzz. Idk, i do take xanax for anxiety. Maybe different opiates work differently for ppl. Bcs my ex friend loved hydrocodone ,ore than oxycodone. Any way i can feel that peak easier? Maybe its all the tynol or acemotphin or w.e. in it. Could breaking the pills in half mess it up?

Could drinking it with soda cancel it out? Cola? Will chewing it make it hit faster?
Btw the pills say m357 , has a hard shell on it. I stopped parachuting pills bcs they didnt do much for me.

i had me 4 7.5/200 ibuprofens earlier today though, and they were pretty good. find yourself some better meds bro, or do a cwe.

for cwe with your hydros try using a higher quality paper towel instead of a coffee filter fold it into thirds or fourths trim it up to fit your cup bowl whatever ur using just enough to rubber band it to cup and still have a proper bowl shaped depth wet the paper towel till its completely wet with water so the towel can't soak up and waste your meds strap it down pour your mix cold but not frozen if its no longer really murky cloudy its ready pour really gently and slow circle the towel to avoid clogging take coffee filter place over draind paper towel and product squeeze gently and repeat the process once more with the goop if you wanna not waste as far as the hydro,vic gos it won't produce a feeling like oxy period, if your trying to feel a similar feeling as the oxys from the hydros it won't happen you'll prolly just get sick and puke as far as using them for pain not pleasure if you are used to 15 mg oxy and don't feel 20 of vic that sounds kinda ify as far as pain gos any not bitchen just saying u can't bullshit a bullshitter haha be safe and pain free

Chew em up and down with a coke you get the best "rush" if you do do this on an empty stomach and if its the first opioid of the day not sure your tolerance or weight but they play a factor be safe its always better to be safe than sorry if u don't know your tolerance start small

I am lokking for that peak rush like oxy, but some meds woork better than others do for pain than others.
Like dilaudid, after i got hit by the car, they had me in a ton of these,didnt like it just made me high,didnt effect pain lol. I would like a eurphoric feeling since my days are pretty crappy. Okay i might try the cwe again.
