hybrid waterfall

Hi all, i was in the shower the other day and thought of an amazing idea for a waterfall. This is how i make my waterfalls:

1.Get empty 500 mL waterbottle
2.Take cap and make a hole, put appropriate sized ratchet head in it
3.Add tin foil and poke holes in tin foil and bottom-side of water bottle for water flow

Now, what if you were to attach a long pen tube to the bottom of the bowl so that when you fill it up the pen tube is submerged in water and almost touching the bottom. When the water drains out, the air gets pulled in through the bowl and tube (keep in mind it's under water), creating a kind bong/waterfall kinda thing. I tried this last night and i noticed that the smoke wasnt as harsh but I still got high as a kite!

Not too sure if this has been done before but if it has then disregard this whole thread.
