My coolest experience so far has definitely been the TRANSMISSION event in Sydney a couple of months ago - I had NO IDEA that there could be such friendliness and communion amongst such a large crowd!
Until recently I had only really been to see lots of bands - which had started to get quite "same-ish".I'd pretty much given up on going out and had almost decided on a life of quiet domesticity, when along came Helski and MikeBrady!
Well......stuff domesticity!This is quite a bit more interesting,thank you very much!
Attending such fine establishments as Sublime,Sounds on Sunday,and Palladium did turn my head completely!Happy,happy,joy,joy!
I still see the occasional band, but only if it's absolutely outstanding.The Tea Party are really something worth experiencing....I found that they had the same knack that really good DJs have of taking you on an awesome journey.PLAMB (peace,luv & mungbeans,baby)
