so this totally doesnt belong here, but i had to share this gem i stumbled across a while back...way to go bmore. there are other cities too, but for a non user the guy actually seems to know a bit. and i do mean a bit.

honestly its beyond sad...to see this stuff. but its also eye opening if you have never seen it before. all the heavy opi users on here know what it looks like. but with the heroin problem being so bad here, people will no doubt come across someone doing the dope lean. the bus benches say baltimore the city that reads. its been changed to the city that bleeds, and the city that leans.

living in baltimore, fighting zombies...whats worse is i recognize a majority of the places since bmore is so small. fucking sad...
 
not news but i took a look and man thats crazy. i didnt know the b-more situation was so bad. shit i live in texas and if someone down here saw that shit it would be an incident. the police and ems would show and a crowd would gather.

the stuff that is available up there must be very strong. if anyone is from the area what do you think the strength is? Like what percent is the dope up there? Down here in central texas i used to get some pretty decent tar but the powder stuff down here is very weak. We used to get this very brown powder back like five years ago, that was stronger but the people bringing it in all got taken down. After that the only powder was just black tar mixed with lactose and/or caffeine in a coffee grinder to make a very light colored mixture. This stuff was very cheap but also pretty weak so it was basically a waste of time.

The tar down here can vary quite a lot. Ive got some stuff that was called "knock your dick in the dirty" which was soo strong i did a little more than my usual dose one time on my lunch break from work and went back to work and could barely stay away and function. Then i had to puke something fierce. I took a bathroom break and ran to the Bathroom but there was only one stall in the mens room and there just happened to be a dude taking a shit. So i had to literally run into the womens room and puke all over one of the toilets in there. I got very lucky cause no saw me run into the womens room and it was empty. I went back to work in a complete haze and finished my shift without further drawing attention to myself. I went home and did another dose and nodded hard, which is unusual for me, i dont nod very much unless it get very very high. That was the best shit i every found down here before i had to quit and get on the methadone. My dude was not kidding when he said that shit would knock your dick in the dirt.

Yea and its only been online for a year iirc, and if you look at the dates in the photos, they are from days ago, everyday there are submissions and no one seems to care. Thats why when ppl pop up here and esp on another place where i post (not going to name it bc im embarresed of going there bc of how shite it is lol, im sure some can guess) asking where to cop in bmore i tell them they shouldnt be doing it if they cant find it, bc it is everywhere. Literally no part of the city and county where you cant get scramble or high quality "raw" heroin. The stuff that hasnt been milled down and is usually repressed into a ten gram cylinder of "finger" then pieces are razored off, its so hard sometimes you actually need a boxcutter. Its like shwag vs the best concentrate shatter or wax you can get.
 
One thing i read about the creator is hes trying to raise money to fund drug addiction thru the use of this site...i dont think his intentions are so charitable...i think he just is getting a laugh on the sadness and depravity that addiction brings. I cant say i blame the guy tho, since the city is as small as it is, there are places where you are in a beautiful neighborhood drive a few miles and youre in the hood drive a few more and youre looking at million dollar waterfront condos on the harbor. To say its a dichotomy is an understatement.

Its a lovely city tho, really it is. They call it charm city for a reason. Its not just crabs with old bay and great smack (drugs in general i guess, bc pretty much everything else is of decent quality) i guess its like other rust belt cities you have to be from there to appreciate it.
 
The wire was taking a city on 6 and making it seem like a 10. Sure tons of drugs get sold open air, guns and stick up kids and bodies do wind up in abandoned buildings after being murdered, the city schools are horrible, there are crooked dockworkers, and lots of violent crime...rape,assault, murder...oh and crooked cops. Lots of those for some reason lol. But its no different than any big city, just per capita it looks bad. The wire made everything seem waay worse than it really is.

Just checked out the site-kind of disappointed actually;.its just pictures of junkies gouching out, with some (sort of) witty captions. I have to say though, those junkies in Baltimore must be scoring some fucking strong smack; we don't have "leaning" junkies in the UK-we have "looks like they're a bit tired and nodding off, but can't quite get to sleep" junkies-a brilliant testament to how impure and garbage our gear is here, and a brilliant reminder why I don't buy the crap anymore.

So yeah, fairly amusing site for five minutes, but there's not much too it.

Idk why but it doesnt load right for me, used to be it didnt tile everything and could be seen all the way down. Idk? But yeah, good for a quick wtf

And for the record, I know the whole disclaimer about "it's actually sad"is kinda mandatory if you don't want to get your figurative nuts ripped off. But what saddens me is that EVEN HERE people have to put a disclaimer like that out there. I mean, I don't think any of us here are angels, and we all chose what we chose. I'm at peace with it, and I can laugh at it. It's the same thing when people post looking for instruction or to ask if anyone's done something or to share an experience and, like always, they get the usual "that's a bad idea you shouldn't" or some other negative nancy bullshit. OF COURSE it's a bad idea, everything we like doing on here is a bad idea.

Yea i figured id put a disclaimer bc i didnt want ppl reaming me, since there are ppl on here that just enjoy being overly contrary, opinionated and starting argguments just to start one... I just think the site is kinda sad, esp when you see ppl who are extremely sick looking, and in really bad shape. Mainly bc i live here and was deep into it, finally on the shore almost on dry land to say.
 
some of those people might have been on crack actually and I doubt the photographers really did much investigation

either way, its not really funny or sad to me, it just is. They're not dangerous people for the most part, just down and out.

besides who the hell walks around places with your camera taking pictures? The whole point is to NOT look like you are fascinated by the surroundings, that just makes you stand out not only to the people you probably are there to see but to the people you don't want to see either (cops)
