Heroin How to withdrawl from heroin using suboxone and Xanax?

Hi everyone, My boyfriend and I have been using east coast powder heroin since January 2012. I started out smoking it, and starting shooting it in early June. my boyfriend and I are now 37 hours without a shot and I've taken about 8mg of suboxone throughout the day since 9am this morning. since my last shot
of heroin 36 hours ago i have frequently taken 1mg Xanax's and have smoked a lot
of weed. I am about to run out of both Xanax and weed but still have 2 1/2 8 mg suboxone strips.

I need some advice on what do to from here (when I run out of xans and weed) to keep myself comfortable? any suggestions are helpful. thank you

seriously, unless youre doing half a brick a day, youre at the point where 2mg of sub a day will keep you from being sick. no buzz. but no sickness. can you do it?

Use the suboxone and taper down...

Get on a dose of suboxone that takes away your symptoms, and then start decreasing your dose by 25% or so a day if you want a fast detox.

Replace the Xanax with a long acting Benzodiazepine. Try to get Diazepam. If you cant get it, try liquid Clonazepam.

Did you get the Suboxone from a Doctor or bouhght it on the black marked? If you are on 8 mg you can't just withdraw like that. Well you could but it would be cold turkey. Get more Subuxone and create a a Subuxone reduction plan. If not, just lower the dose as slow as possible and then later use high dose Benzos for the withdraw symptoms. it will be offer in a few days. You could also slow down the withdraw with less potent opioids, like Codein, Dihydrocodeine, Morphin or Oxycodone. But you need to bis disciplined.

You dont seem to have much and Burnrenorphine withdraw can be a pain in the ass. Also could go turkey and cope the withdraw symptoms with Benzos. Then it would be best to of have Clonazepam.

You can do a simple taper starting out at 4mg and going down from there. So 4-4-3-2-2-1-1-1-0.5-0.5 and the extra mg can be added to maybe the first day or to the end to drag it out a bit more. Should be an alright taper with that amount, or at least as minimal withdrawals as you are going to have to feel at some point.

Even with 2 8mg strips I would be alright doing 6-4-2-2-1-1 so you should be good.

Yeah get down to .5 or .25 and you'll be alright, especially since you wont be on the suboxone for long.

we were spending about $100 a day together. probably about a 3/4 of a gram each. I woke up this morning not feeling well and took 4 mg of suboxone. I'm going to try and take only 2
more before the day is over, and take 2 tomorrow morning and 2 tomorrow night, and so on.
