Cocaine How to tell if you have cocaine... Or bath salts?

Hi, never done either. Bought two grams of supposed blow. Just wondering if there's a surefire way to tell fairly easy if it's blow, or those dangerous new bath salts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good question...

I don't think bath salt (MDPV at least) have local anaesthetic (numbing) effects like cocaine/things that are used to cut cocaine have...but I could be dead wrong, just thinking outloud here.

Sadly, the only real way to know is it get a professional lab to run a GC/MS test on the powder in question.

well if you bought it at a store you would have salts.. from a dealer most likely coke.. <- those are the obvious.
But if you're getting from a dealer and believe it is salts than see if it numbs your tongue or nose and if it does it's most likely coke... but i think the salts usually burn so if your nose feels like it's on fire it is a type of "bath salt". But really no way to be sure unless your dealer tells you or if you get testing done on it .

GC/MS is the best test; you could also try freebasing a small amount and see if it goes to an oily mess or crack rocks.
