I want to get into a good routine but am having a problem deciding what to do and when
I don't have a lot of equipment so it will kind of be a jail house workout but that is better than nothing to get in shape and help with my physical fitness before boot camp.
I want to incorporate the following into my routine:
-Running/walking
-Bench Press
-Push ups
-Sit ups
I don't have access to any other equipment besides a very shitty stationary bicycle. It is a POS and works half the time though, not sure if that would help at all
The route I usually take for running includes a downhill and uphill stretch. It is about 2-2.5 miles in length following the sidewalk. When I run i usually start with about a 10 minute walk and run as much as i can for the rest of the time but I am very out of shape and cannot run for the entire route.
What would you suggest as a good Routine to get in shape and get my energy and physical level to a good spot. I am 5 11' and about 130-140 lbs (I know I am VERY skinny).
I have at least 6 months before boot camp and don't want to get my ass kicked before I go. Please help me out with a weekly or daily routine to GET MY ASS IN GEAR!!!
